Rotary International
Rotary International is a world-wide organisation, with more than a million members in two hundred countries.
The most important unit in the organisation is the club, which might contain any number of members from twenty to several hundred. Most clubs in the United Kingdom have between twenty and forty members.

Why We Work
Because we want to make a difference.
Each Rotarian is a volunteer. Some are balls of fire, constantly active in the promotion of Rotary and its work. Others simply attend meetings for the social part of membership, and this is important too. Most are somewhere in between, and as a group we are capable of achieving the most extraordinary things.
